The door won't open when the exit button is pressed.
CAUSE |
1. The backup battery has been discharged.
2. The backup battery switch is turned off.
3. Data loss due to a noise shock.

SOLUTION |
1. Replace the backup battery with a new one,
__and initialize the device.
2. Switch on the backup battery, and initialize the device. >>HELP1
3. If the noise problem is serious, protect the controller
__by using shield wires. >>HELP2

When the output is consistent with the INPUT/OUTPUT settings.
a. Time Schedule is applied to the Exit Button (input). >>HOWTO2

1. The Time Schedule setting of the Exit Button is not correct.

SOLUTION |
1. Check if the Time Schedule settings are correct and,

b. Time Schedule is NOT applied to the Exit Button (input).
_>> Try connecting the two wires of the Exit Button to see if the door opens.
_ __ b-1. The door opens.

CAUSE |
1. The connection between the controller and the Exit Button is incorrect.
2. The Exit Button is faulty or broken.

SOLUTION |
1. Make sure that the connection of the controller and the Exit Button
__is correct. If something is wrong, correct it.
2. Replace the Exit Button with a new one.

___ b-2. The door does not open.
|
CAUSE |
1. The Exit Button was damaaged by a noise shock.
|

SOLUTION |
1. Replace the Exit Button with a new one, and get rid of possible noise sources.
2. Protect the device from a noise shock, by using shield wires. >>HELP2
